Golf
The international standard 18 holes golf corse is equipped with a putting green, a pitching green, a chipping green and a driving range with 26 teeing places, 7 of which covered. The par 72 golf course designed by the well-known Luigi Rota Caremoli extends to 6.004 meters. The pleasant layout, containing 5 artificial lakes, a diffuse presence of bunkers, the unusual rough characteristics and more than 3.000 olive trees, a mix of 2.000 orange and lemon plants and about 100 carob trees, make it quite a challenging experience for every player.

Resort
Le Madonie Golf Resort is located between the Madonie Mountains Park and the gulf of Cefalù, on a plain embellished with an impressive cultivation of saracen olive, orange, lemon, almond and carob trees. The golf course with its Club House and its 32 villas are in complete symbiosis with the surrounding hill landscape. The 5 stars classified Resort, opening 2008, will moreover enrich the complex with its 3 suites, the16 junior suites and 71 double guest’s rooms, proposing various facilities like restaurants and bars, a conference centre with a capacity of 430 seats, a wellness centre, an outdoors semi-olympic size swimming pool

Rooms

The under costruction 5 stars Resort, adjoining to the golf courses, will be full available within the beginning of next year 2008, composed by a 3 floors main building, covering an area of about 4.000 square metres, adjoining to the 14 terraced buildings on the close hill slope and overlooking the courses. The lobby gives access to 27 double guests rooms and to 1 suite as well as to the main facilities, as the restaurant and the bar, the conference centre with a maximum capacity of 430 seats, the wellness centre, the outdoors semi olympic-size swimming pool and two tennis courts, while the majority of the rooms, among which 46 guest’s rooms, 16 suites and 2 presidential ones are positioned on the terraces.

Villas

32 villas are distributed along the golf course, facing the beautiful gulf of Cefalù. The buildings are of handmade local rock and finished with windows and doors with wooden shutters. The villas elegantly furnished and with Tuscan tile floors are of two kinds: bilocal and quadrilocal. The bilocal villa is 120 square meters with maximum four bed capacity. They are composed by a large dining-living room with a sofa double bed and a fireplace covered with rocks handmade plates, a large king-size bedroom, a confortable bathroom of esteemed marble, providing a Jacuzzi bathtub, a full supplied kitchen and a wide terrace with sea view.
The quadrilocal villa is built on 150 square meters for maximum seven bed capacity; it is composed as the bilocal with two more bedrooms and bathroom, one king-size and one single.
All villas are air conditioned and heated, direct phone, satellite tv, pay tv, internet and a safety box. Free parking open air.
